Hot artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- Mayonnaise - 1 c
- Jar Artichokes Marinated or in water
- Loaf French Bread - 1 item
How to make hot artichoke dip:
1. Food process (or finely chop) Artichokes then add rest of ingredients. 2. pour into greased 8 X 8 baking dish. 3. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. 4. Serve with sliced French bread.Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking but extend baking time for 10 minutes if refrigerated.
Use low fat mayonnaise and artichokes in water for a low fat dip.
