  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • prepared horseradish - 1/2 c
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/3 c
  • hot pepper sauce - 1 tsp
  • process American cheese, cubed - 2 lb

How to make horseradish cheese spread:

Melt cheese in top of double boiler over simmering water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Spoon into containers and refrigerate. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables. Makes 4 cups.
