Horseradish cheese dip

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 8 oz
• shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
• mayonnaise not salad dressing - 1 c
• bottle horseradish - 5 oz

How to make horseradish cheese dip:

In double boiler over boiling water, combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese and stir until blended. Add mayonnaise and horseradish. Put in serving bowl. Let stand 30 minutes for flavors to blend. Great with veggies or crackers.
