Honey-dijon chicken
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- white wine - 1/3 c
- skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
- to 3 leeks, chopped - 2 item
- small container heavy whipping cream - 1 item
- jar mustard honey-Dijon type - 1 item
- large tomato garnish - 1 item
How to make honey-dijon chicken:
Brown chicken in skillet about 10 to 15 minutes in oil. Add butter and leeks; saute with chicken until leeks are tender. Take out chicken; set aside. Add wine, salt, pepper and mustard. Stir and cook on medium heat for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add whipping cream; stir constantly for about 1 to 2 minutes (sauce should be smooth).
