  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • white wine - 1/3 c
  • skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
  • to 3 leeks, chopped - 2 item
  • small container heavy whipping cream - 1 item
  • jar mustard honey-Dijon type - 1 item
  • large tomato garnish - 1 item

How to make honey-dijon chicken:

Brown chicken in skillet about 10 to 15 minutes in oil. Add butter and leeks; saute with chicken until leeks are tender. Take out chicken; set aside. Add wine, salt, pepper and mustard. Stir and cook on medium heat for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add whipping cream; stir constantly for about 1 to 2 minutes (sauce should be smooth). Pour sauce over chicken; sprinkle chopped tomato on top.
