Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- lemon juice - 2 3
- chicken pieces - 4 item
- clear honey - 4 Tbsp
- sprigs fresh rosemary - 4 item
How to make honey and lemon chicken:
Heat margarine in frying pan and brown chicken on all sides. Transfer to a lidded casserole. Boil honey, lemon juice and rosemary in the frying pan for a few minutes and then pour over the chicken. Cover the casserole and cook in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Chicken breast, Chicken thigh & leg.
