Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- large onion, chopped - 1/4 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/4 item
- small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
- can Mexicorn - 1 item
- can white hominy - 1 item
- can yellow hominy - 1 item
How to make hominy casserole:
Drain corn and hominy thoroughly. Place in casserole dish with onion and pepper. Melt butter and Cheez Whiz in a saucepan and pour over hominy and corn mixture. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
