Ingredients/Components

  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • cans golden hominy, drained - 2 item
  • mild Mexican Cheez Whiz - 8 oz
  • small bag Fritos, crushed - 1 item

How to make hominy casserole:

In a saucepan, mix and heat oleo, soup and Cheez Whiz. Pour over hominy and onions. Mix; put in a greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until light brown. Top with crushed fritos.
