- salt to taste - 1 item
- medium cabbage - 2 item
- or 5 pieces bacon - 4 item
How to make fried cabbage:
Fry bacon until crisp. Save drippings. Place on bacon on paper towel to drain. Slice cabbage and place in bacon drippings. Salt to taste. Cover and cook over medium heat stirring often. Cook until tender. Top with crumbled bacon. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Low Carb.
