  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • half and half - 1 pt
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • whipping cream - 1 pt
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • can condensed milk - 1 oz
  • homogenized milk - 1 item

How to make homemade vanilla ice cream:

Beat eggs. Add sugar and flour. Mix well. Add condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, whipping cream and half and half. Mix. Pour into ice cream freezer. Add milk to fill line on freezer. Churn to freeze in freezer. Yields 1/2 gallon.
