Homemade tortilla chips
Ingredients/Components
- corn or flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- lite salt - 1 item
- cumin seasoning - 1 item
How to make homemade tortilla chips:
Cut stack of tortillas into 8 wedges each. Spread wedges in a single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cumin and lite salt. Bake at 375° about 10 minutes, turning after about 5 minutes. Make sure you watch them closely to keep from over-browning. Store in an airtight container. When serving, freshen the chips in the microwave about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
