Homemade noodles
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sifted flour - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
How to make homemade noodles:
Mix all together to make stiff dough. Roll out very thin on floured board. Let stand 20 minutes. Slice 1/4-inch wide and let dry 2 hours. Drop into boiling broth; cook uncovered about 10 minutes. Salt to taste. Makes 3 cups.Recipe categories: Pasta, German, Pasta, rice and grains.
