Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• water - 1/3 c
• powdered sugar
• pineapple juice - 1/3 c
• jar mincemeat - 1 oz
• candied fruits - 2 c
• Pillsbury quick bread mix - 2 pkg

How to make holiday cake:

Glaze2 c. powdered sugar1/3 c. pineapple juice In a large bowl, combine eggs and water; mix well by hand. Add quick bread mix, mincemeat, nuts and candied fruit. Bake in prepared Bundt pan at 350° for 80 minutes. Invert and glaze.
