- chopped nuts - 1 c
- water - 1/3 c
- powdered sugar
- pineapple juice - 1/3 c
- jar mincemeat - 1 oz
- candied fruits - 2 c
- Pillsbury quick bread mix - 2 pkg
How to make holiday cake:
Glaze2 c. powdered sugar1/3 c. pineapple juice In a large bowl, combine eggs and water; mix well by hand. Add quick bread mix, mincemeat, nuts and candied fruit. Bake in prepared Bundt pan at 350° for 80 minutes. Invert and glaze.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low cholesterol.
