Hillbilly cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• brown sugar - 1 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• water - 1 c
• coconut - 1 c
• melted butter
• nuts - 1/2 c
• self-rising flour - 2 c
• raisins - 1/2 c
• cream - 6 Tbsp
• cloves - 1/2 tsp
• allspice - 1/2 tsp

How to make hillbilly cake:

Topping:1/2 c. melted butter1 c. brown sugar1 c. coconut6 Tbsp. cream Dump sugar, water, nuts, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, butter and raisins in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Add flour and mix well. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350°.

Topping: Mix ingredients well. Spread on hot cake and place under broiler until golden brown. Watch carefully.
