Ingredients/Components
- small bay leaf - 1 item
- rosemary - 1 Tbsp
- crushed coriander seeds - 1/4 tsp
- garlic cloves, slivered - 4 item
- fennel seeds, crushed lightly - 1/4 tsp
- log goat cheese, cut in slices - 1 item
How to make herbed goat cheese:
Simmer all ingredients, except cheese, for 5 minutes. Cool. Arrange cheese slice on a serving platter. Pour mixture over cheese. Serve with small slices of French bread.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Salads, Salad dressings.
