Spinach artichoke dip

- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- fresh lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- cloves garlic, finely minced - 6 item
- cans artichokes, drained and chopped - 2 oz
How to make spinach artichoke dip:
This is so easy to make and people will just hover over the dish.In a lasagna or pie pan, spread a package of cream cheese. On top of that, empty out a can of chili (15 to 16 ounce size), with or without beans. Grate Cheddar cheese over that, a good amount, until just covered. Heat in the microwave for 5 minutes on High. Serve with something crunchy.
