sour cream - 1 c
grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
mayonnaise - 1 c
fresh lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
cloves garlic, finely minced - 6 item
cans artichokes, drained and chopped - 2 oz

How to make spinach artichoke dip:

This is so easy to make and people will just hover over the dish.

In a lasagna or pie pan, spread a package of cream cheese. On top of that, empty out a can of chili (15 to 16 ounce size), with or without beans. Grate Cheddar cheese over that, a good amount, until just covered. Heat in the microwave for 5 minutes on High. Serve with something crunchy.
