Hearty bacon potato chowder
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- carton sour cream - 8 oz
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces - 8 item
- chopped onions 2 medium - 1 c
- cubed 1/2-inch potatoes 6 medium - 2 c
How to make hearty bacon potato chowder:
Cook bacon in saucepan over medium heat until bacon is crisp. Add potatoes and onions. Continue cooking for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender.
