Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- grated orange peel - 1/2 tsp
- orange juice - 2 Tbsp
- Ricotta cheese - 1/3 c
- mini marshmallows - 1 c
- medium banana, sliced - 1 item
- shredded carrots 1 lb - 3 c
How to make health salad:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir together cheese, orange juice and peel, salt and nutmeg until smooth. Pour over carrot mixture and toss gently. Serves 4, about 185 calories per serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
