Japanese cabbage salad
Ingredients/Components
- salad oil
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- white wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- slivered almonds - 1/4 c
- thinly sliced green onions - 6 item
- toasted sesame seeds - 1/4 c
- large cabbage - 1 item
- chicken Ramen - 1 pkg
- sugar or less - 1/4 c
How to make japanese cabbage salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. salad oil1 Tbsp. soy sauce1/4 c. sugar or less1/4 c. white wine vinegar1/4 tsp. pepper Shred cabbage and toss with onions. Set aside. Melt 1 to 2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Add crushed Ramen and almonds. Brown. Sprinkle with seasoning packet. Cool. Coarsely crush sesame seed. Toss all ingredients and serve immediately.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Poultry.
