Ingredients/Components

  • salad oil
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • white wine vinegar - 1/4 c
  • slivered almonds - 1/4 c
  • thinly sliced green onions - 6 item
  • toasted sesame seeds - 1/4 c
  • large cabbage - 1 item
  • chicken Ramen - 1 pkg
  • sugar or less - 1/4 c

How to make japanese cabbage salad:

Dressing:1/2 c. salad oil1 Tbsp. soy sauce1/4 c. sugar or less1/4 c. white wine vinegar1/4 tsp. pepper Shred cabbage and toss with onions. Set aside. Melt 1 to 2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Add crushed Ramen and almonds. Brown. Sprinkle with seasoning packet. Cool. Coarsely crush sesame seed. Toss all ingredients and serve immediately.
