- unsweetened pineapple juice - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- sherry or chicken broth - 1/3 c
- low-sodium soy sauce - 1/3 c
- chicken breasts, skinned, deboned and split lengthwise - 4 item
How to make hawaiian chicken:
Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, sherry or stock, garlic, parsley and pepper. Marinate chicken breasts for 3 to 4 hours or overnight. (The marinade adds no significant calories.) Grill chicken.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
