  • pkg - 1 lb
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • corn flakes, crushed
  • sticks oleo, melted - 2 item
  • sour cream 8 oz - 1 pt
  • can cream soup mushroom, celery or chicken - 1 item
  • chopped onion 1 medium size - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese Cheddar or any kind - 1 c

How to make hash brown potato casserole:

Topping:4 c. corn flakes, crushed1 stick butter, melted Casserole: Mix together and pour into 8 x 10-inch or 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

Topping: Mix corn flakes and melted butter. Spread this over the top of the casserole. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
