Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- corn flakes, crushed
- sticks oleo, melted - 2 item
- sour cream 8 oz - 1 pt
- can cream soup mushroom, celery or chicken - 1 item
- chopped onion 1 medium size - 1/2 c
- grated cheese Cheddar or any kind - 1 c
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Topping:4 c. corn flakes, crushed1 stick butter, melted Casserole: Mix together and pour into 8 x 10-inch or 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.Topping: Mix corn flakes and melted butter. Spread this over the top of the casserole. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
