- salt - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- grated American cheese - 12 oz
- corn flakes or bread crumbs - 2 c
- large potatoes, shredded - 4 item
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Mix first 7 ingredients. Put in shallow baking dish. Cover with flakes or crumbs. Pour 1/2 cup butter over top. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
