Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Thaw hash browns and crumble by hand. Mix together with the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
