- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- large carton sour cream - 1 item
- box frozen hash browns 8 patties, thawed - 1 oz
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix first 6 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers, blended with 1/2 stick of butter. Bake at 350° in oven for 45 minutes or until browned.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
