Harvest potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oleo, melted - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 1 pkg
- Cheddar crackers or corn flakes, crushed
How to make harvest potatoes:
Topping:2 c. Cheddar crackers or corn flakes, crushed1/4 c. oleo, melted Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, oleo and salt. Add thawed potatoes. Spoon into baking dish.In small bowl, mix topping ingredients (Cheddar crackers or corn flakes, crushed, and melted oleo). Spread on top of potato mixture. Bake at 325° for 1/2 hour.
