Harvest chowder
Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 qt
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- beef bouillon - 1 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon - 2 Tbsp
- medium size potatoes - 4 item
- to 6 carrots - 4 item
- chopped onion to taste - 1 item
- chopped celery to taste - 1 item
- ground chuck or lean hamburger - 1 lb
How to make harvest chowder:
Boil bouillon and water. Crumble raw meat into boiling water. When meat is cooked, let cool. Skim any excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients. Potatoes and carrots can be chopped into small pieces or if you like a thicker consistency the vegetables can be grated.
