- sugar - 1/3 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- can beets - 1 item
How to make harvard beets:
Mix sugar and cornstarch together in saucepan. Add vinegar and most of the juice from the beets. Cook until thick. Add beets and butter. Let simmer 10 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: American, Side dish, Vegetables.
