Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- water - 1/3 c
- white Karo syrup
- food color - 1 item
- flavor oil - 1/2 tsp
How to make hard candy:
Boil sugar, water and syrup to hard crack stage (300°). Remove from heat and add flavoring and coloring. Pour into buttered 9 x 11-inch pan to cool. Break into pieces.Recipe categories: For large groups, < 30 mins, Food gift.
