Ingredients/Components
- crescent rolls
- ham, diced - 2 c
- Colby-Jack cheese, shredded - 3 c
- milk - 3 4
- Dijon mustard or to taste - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- several dashes cayenne pepper - 1 item
- eggs - 3 item
- Parmesan or Romano cheese - 1 item
- poppy seed - 1 item
How to make hamwiches:
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Press 1 package rolls in bottom of pan. Mix cheese, milk, eggs, mustard and pepper together. Divide mixture in half. Add diced ham to 1/2 cheese mixture. Spread ham mixture on top of crescent layer. Spread second package of crescents on top of ham mixture. Spread remaining cheese mixture over crescents. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and poppy seed. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Cut in squares.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sandwich, Ham.
