Hamburger-noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- hamburger - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
- egg noodles - 1/2 pkg
How to make hamburger-noodle casserole:
Brown hamburger with chopped onion and drain well. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain well. (You may not want to use a whole package of noodles.) Mix together the soup, sauce, sour cream, cream cheese and 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese. Stir in hamburger and noodles. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Last 5 minutes, add other 1/2 of cheese to top and cook just until it melts.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
