Stroganoff casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 Tbsp
- hamburger - 2 lb
- tomato sauce - 20 oz
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- egg noodles - 8 oz
- large garlic - 1 item
How to make stroganoff casserole:
Brown meat and garlic. Drain. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. Cook noodles; drain. Place in 13 x 10-inch casserole dish. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and onion. Spread over noodles. Then cover with meat mixtures and top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
