Ingredients/Components

- medium onion, sliced thin - 2 item
- extra lean ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper, to taste - 1 item
How to make hamburger in oven:
Divide meat into 6 to 8 equal parts and make into patties. Season to taste. Place on foil in large baking pan and arrange onion slices on top of each patty. Place fries around them. Wrap foil tightly and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
