How to make hamburger goulash:

Brown hamburger in frying pan on stove top. Drain grease. Add ketchup (enough to add red color to beef). Put in shallow glass baking dish. Cut sharp cheese into slices. Arrange over top of hamburger mixture. Bake at 350° for a few minutes until cheese melts.
