Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- ground black pepper - 1 tsp
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- dried basil - 1/2 tsp
- elbow macaroni - 1 c
- sliced onion - 1/4 c
- potatoes, peeled and cubed - 4 item
- can cut green beans, drained - 1 oz
- frozen corn kernels
- Worcestershire sauce optional - 2 tsp
How to make hamburger goulash:
Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Add all ingredients (except noodles) to browned ground meat and simmer for 1 hour, then add noodles.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Main dish, One Dish meal.
