Hamburger goulash
Ingredients/Components
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- box macaroni, cooked and drained - 1 oz
- water - 1 c
How to make hamburger goulash:
Brown hamburger meat in a small amount of cooking oil with the chopped onion. Remove any fat from pan. Mix the small can of tomato paste with the cup of water. Stir into the hamburger and onion mixture. Simmer 20 minutes. Add cooked, drained macaroni; heat well.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Main dish, One Dish meal.
