Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • melted butter - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • ground beef
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • noodles - 3 c
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 oz
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • salt, pepper and garlic to taste - 1 item

How to make hamburger corn casserole:

Brown meat lightly with onion. Cook noodles as directed. Combine all ingredients but bread crumbs and butter. Pour in casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot.
