Hamburger casserole
Ingredients/Components
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- green onions, finely chopped - 6 item
- egg noodles - 5 6
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
How to make hamburger casserole:
Brown meat in butter. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles and cheese; simmer.Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain and add to meat mixture. Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes, or until heated through. Serves 6.
