Italian noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
How to make italian noodle casserole:
Brown beef; drain. Add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce; simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Cook noodles as directed. Combine cream cheese and sour cream; keep separate. In greased casserole dish, layer beef mixture, noodles and cream cheese mixture until finished. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
