  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1 c
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • cheese - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can tomatoes - 1 item
  • medium bell pepper - 1 item
  • ground chuck - 1 lb

How to make hamburger casserole:

Brown chuck, onion and bell pepper. Drain chuck. Mix in large bowl all ingredients except cheese. Pour in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with cheese. Cover with foil; cook at 325° for 1 hour.
