Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- soup can of water - 1/2 item
- to 5 potatoes, sliced thin - 4 item
How to make hamburger and potato casserole:
Brown ground chuck in skillet; drain. Layer ground chuck, potatoes, onions and cheese in 9 x 9 baking dish. Mix soup and water. Pour mixture over layers. Cover and bake at 400° for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake about 20 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Casseroles, Low Carb, Low in....
