Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- hot water - 1 cube,
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- Kitchen Bouquet - 1 Tbsp
- round steak
How to make beef stroganoff:
Have butcher grind very coarsely round steak in amount needed (about 1/4 pound or more per person). When ready to cook, form meat into fillet shapes, molding very lightly (so as not to pack) and wrap with a bacon strip. Broil as you would steak fillets under the broiler.
