Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • hot water - 1 cube,
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can water - 1 item
  • Kitchen Bouquet - 1 Tbsp
  • round steak

How to make beef stroganoff:

Have butcher grind very coarsely round steak in amount needed (about 1/4 pound or more per person). When ready to cook, form meat into fillet shapes, molding very lightly (so as not to pack) and wrap with a bacon strip. Broil as you would steak fillets under the broiler. Season with salt just before they have finished cooking.
