Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- brown sugar
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- vinegar - 1/8 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- crushed graham crackers - 3 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- ground pork - 2 lb
- ground ham - 2 lb
- Sauce:2 cans tomato soup
How to make ham loaf:
Sauce:2 cans tomato soup1/8 c. vinegar2 1/4 c. brown sugar2 tsp. dry mustard Mix meat ingredients well. Add eggs, graham crackers and milk. Mix well. Make into loaves. Makes 28. Cover with sauce that is mixed. Bake 1 hour at 350°.This is not as salty with less ham and more ground beef; tastes same.
