Ingredients/Components

  • small dinner rolls - 2 pkg
  • margarine, softened - 1/2 lb
  • poppy seed - 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • mustard - 3 Tbsp
  • medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
  • boiled ham - 1/2 lb
  • Swiss cheese sliced American cheese can be used also for variety - 3/4 lb

How to make ham delights:

Cut package of rolls in half (whole package at once). Put bottom half back into pan. Mix margarine, poppy seed, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and onion together. Spread bottom half of rolls with half of the mixture. Put ham and cheese over this. Spread mixture on underside of top half and put this over bottom half. Put in preheated oven (350° to 400°) for 10 minutes. Cut rolls apart and serve.
