Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- chili powder
- hamburger - 1 lb
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- onions, diced - 2 item
- can kidney beans - 1 item
- can pinto beans - 1 item
- large can tomatoes, broken up - 1 item
How to make chili:
Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until soft. Remove from pot. Add hamburger and brown. Return the onion mixture to the pot and add salt, chili powder, tomatoes and beans. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
