- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- water
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- vinegar - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- hamburger - 2 lb
How to make ham balls:
Sauce:1 c. water1 c. vinegar1 tsp. dry mustard2 c. brown sugar Mix meat and other ingredients and shape into balls. Mix sauce ingredients and boil 5 minutes. Pour sauce over meatballs. Baste every 15 minutes. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Beef.
