How to make gooey cinnamon rolls:
In a bowl dissolve yeast in water. Measure flour. Add milk, sugar, salt, butter, eggs and 1/2 of the flour to yeast. Mix until smooth. Add enough of the remaining flour to handle easily. Turn onto lightly floured board. Knead until smooth, about 5 minutes. Round up in greased bowl. Bring greased side up. Cover with cloth. Let rise until it doubles in size, about 1 1/2 hours. Push down and let rise again until it is almost double, about 30 minutes. On a floured board, roll dough into oblong roll, approximately 15 x 9-inch or longer, if desired. Spread with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Spread to all edges. Roll up tightly, beginning at wide side. Seal well by pinching edges of roll together, even by stretching slightly. Cut roll into 1-inch slices. Place in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover and let rise again until double, about 35 to 40 minutes. Heat oven to 375°. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.Frosting: Mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth and to desired thickness. Pour over hot rolls.
