Fried spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- spaghetti - 1 lb
- garlic - 1 item
- dash of sugar - 1 item
- to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 3 item
- large bunch of green onions - 1 item
How to make fried spaghetti:
Cook and drain spaghetti according to instructions. Set aside. Cut onion tops into 1-inch pieces. Saute briefly in hot oil. Remove and set aside. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Stir-fry in hot oil. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Remove. Toss cooked spaghetti in frying pan with oil and soy sauce to taste. Add chicken and onions. Stir-fry. Sprinkle a pinch of sugar.
