Christmas cookies

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 7 c
• milk - 1/2 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• plain flour - 3 c
• seedless raisins - 3/4 lb
• candied cherries - 1/2 lb
• pitted dates, chopped - 1 lb
• well beaten eggs - 3 item
• slices candied pineapple - 6 item
• margarine 2 sticks - 1 c

How to make christmas cookies:

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add eggs. Add flour and milk, flour first and last. Roll fruit and nuts in flour. Pour batter over fruit and nuts and mix thoroughly. Drop by spoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 25 to 30 minutes un
