Gruyere cheese salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- chopped black olives - 1/2 c
- chopped green onions - 1 c
- green salad olives - 1/2 c
- shredded Gruyere cheese - 8 oz
How to make gruyere cheese salad:
Pour over cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, place a large spoonful over lettuce.Have also lined a white quiche dish with lettuce leaves and put salad on top and topped with black whole olives.
