  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • ketchup - 1/4 c
  • ground beef
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can biscuits - 1 item

How to make ground beef casserole:

Saute meat and onions, drain. Combine cream cheese, soup, milk, ketchup and salt until smooth. Add to meat. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Place canned biscuits on top, bake for 15 minutes to 25 minutes longer.
