Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • catsup - 1/2 c
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • can cream of mushroom or chicken soup - 1 item
  • can biscuits 10 - 1 item

How to make ground beef casserole:

Brown beef and onion. Mix cheese, soup, catsup and milk. Add to beef and onion. Pour into casserole. Put biscuits on top of mixture before baking at 350° until biscuits are done. A 10-inch casserole dish or skillet works fine for baking.
